Saw ribs in the mirror. Made me feel hungry. So had a Mars bar.
Mirror now in garage. Mars bar in belly.
84.8 kg Lost so far: 13.2 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
