I was up to 132 after the day I overate (Saturday? Maybe Sunday? Maybe a little of each) but I didn’t record it. I assumed it’d drop right off and thankfully it pretty much did.
58.8 kg Lost so far: 7.4 kg.    Still to go: 4.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
