There we go! 4 stone down since I started my weight loss. As I found out yesterday I've also gone down nearly 3 sizes (I started at a 24 and, while an 18 didn't fit, the 20 is too big)

Have followed your progress week by week. Curious to know what are you doing, as I am just not losing anything though I hit the gym everyday 40-45 mins, do more than 10K steps everyday and eating around 1600 cals but yes carbs are still there. If you could share some info. I am at 98 at the moment.

Because I have severe PCOS I was lucky enough to get to work with my doctor and a nutritionist to work out some rules and we came to the conclusion that I need low fat and low cal to shift anything. I don't eat anything that has more than 5g of fat in a 100g serving and I have no more than 15g of fat in any one meal. My calorie limit is 1400 a day. I also took advantage of a free consultation with a personal trainer when I first joined my gym and I focus mostly on cardio when I work out; HIIT training has been a revelation for me. I'm not an expert on weight loss or management, it sounds to me like you're doing everything right. Maybe it's as simple as needing to switch up your exercise routine to force your body to work harder? Or maybe there's something else at play like muscle gain making the scales stand still?

Thanks, actually makes sense. Also have not been taking expert advice so far. Guess time to meet a doctor and nutritionist, as I believe it is the wrong choice of food. 🤔
