still fighting the cravings they come more after my pain flares up and I smoke a joint gotta figure out how to manage munchies. I've been binging on fruit
74.4 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I thought you were poor how do you afford quest bars. I think you are playing games. you post all kinds of weird things. smoking pot, being in pain being poor now saving the environment by not eating salad.

Oooh I thought of another possibility. Have you tried eating something before you smoke? That way you know you’re full. Oh and for the quest bars, if I could be so bold as to offer a suggestion on flavors, chocolate chip cookie dough. I think it tastes the closest to the real thing. I think GNC is having a sale on them, at least where I’m at.
