So I was on vacation for a week...tried to eat healthy during it.... mostly succeed. Also work out a little.... weigh myself though would put on a little...but lost a pound...so happy...also so close to being under 300 for first time in a long time.
137.3 kg Lost so far: 37.8 kg.    Still to go: 46.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
