Stress-induced weight gain? We got home yesterday and found our gigantic old tree knocked over into our neighbor’s yard. Wind gusts were powerful during the storm so we assume that’s the cause. Power will be out for a while.

Also I didn’t exercise because we were having to deal with all that. I guess I could’ve exercised anyway later at night, but I didn’t have any energy left. I hope everyone is safe after the storm.
59.4 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 5.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
