I'm preoccupied with my life changes! Moving again, new work situation, relationship changes...pretty much **it happens...and as the song goes, "That's Life!"...or at least mine. Not getting in the exercise I'd like but I'm moving and then literally, I'm moving so i'm not sedentary. i'm also suffering with allergies from the dang Sycamore trees, so I'm taking meds which affect my biochem. Foodwise; I'm staying in the calorie range but I'm eating out & feeling the lack of nutrients in my body. ok I'm aware & will leave it there...not beat myself up, but move forward & make better choices. and that's a good thing!!
