I am never hungry and rarely tired, maybe how you are eating is effecting you. if you are not eating enough that can definitely cause you to be hungry and tired. I went to look at your food log and you don't log here so I could not offer any suggestions.

I'm the beginning of this (16 month) journey? Yes. Now? Not much - often times I have to remind myself to eat.

Motivation comes and goes. Determination lasts. Losing weight is a job, there is no way around that. Maintenance will also be challenging but keep calm and carry on. I know that when I reach my goal, I will not want to have to do the “job” again.

Vitamin-B complex will help with tiredness.

Ditto @ApacheTiger37's comment. Just be certain it is the complete complex; all of the various B-vitamins work together and need each other. There are quite a few of them, but many manufacturers skip some or only include minuscule amounts.

Add a little MCT oil to your morning coffee or tea. Adds brain fuel and energy.

yes thank for all your comments, I am taking vitamin b plus cod liver oil tablets and i do eat pretty healthy outside of the few nights i do break out. My problem has never been about getting exercise but eating to much to often. It takes time for the body to adjust to a balanced diet so i persevere and im sure if im strong and the will power is good i will adjust and overcome

Nidoqueen. The brain can only use glucose for energy. MCT oil is not brain fuel.

ApacheTiger37. The B vitamins enable cells to generate energy via the Kreb’s cycle (oxidative phosphorylation). They do not cause cells to generate energy. The best analogy I can give is that vitamins are like axle grease ..... without grease, an axle can’t turn and will seize up. With sufficient grease, the axle will turn when it is directed to turn by the engine. With too much grease, the axle will turn but only as fast as directed by the engine .... and the excess will fly off. The amount of vitamins we need is minuscule and amply naturally occurring in foods.
