Ia pelan” tapi pasti, mulai nyaman jrg makan nasi. Mulai nyaman cuman nyemil sayur, mulai nyaman mkn apa aja boleh asal bukan karbo, bawa nyaman aja asal olah raga dan bdn gerak jangan males, di nikmatin hidup sehat dengan berat turun 😍😍😍
