I gained a couple of pounds being at the lake for 10 days but have lost them, my weight has not changed since my last weigh in. I will be away and not able to log into Fat secret for 10 days. Leaving August 26 returning September 4
83.0 kg Lost so far: 16.8 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
