Not much progress since Feb but at least I'm not gone in the other direction.
I am back at WW and lost 6.5lbs in the first week and maintained that in the second week.....
I am trying hard to stay under the allocated points without making too much of a fuss. The fuss makes me anxious and I eat!!!!!!!!! Vicious circle...
