昨天早餐--起司蛋餅+鮮奶茶
中餐--自助餐,辣炒豬血、炒地瓜葉、炒苦瓜、金線魚一條、白飯、半瓶兒子不喝的多多
下午點心--薏仁花生愛玉豆花
晚餐--兩口白飯、炒長豆、洋蔥炒鹹豬肉、竹筍、排骨、湯
下午吃一大碗豆花後超飽,晚上不知道是不是吃多竹筍,結果胃有點不舒服😖😖😖
