Back to breaking my fast around lunch and not eating in the evening today. Hopefully my weight will go back down after a couple days of being back on schedule. Two days of heavy dinners made me feel absolutely terrible.
61.0 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 6.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
