昨天早上--起司蛋餅+鮮奶茶
中午自助餐--炒長豆、炒豆皮、炒空心菜、肉魚、白飯
下午--起司夾心餅2包、仙草茶2瓶
晚上--只吃了一點蒸南瓜
睡前有點餓,吃了一包蘇打餅乾
可能晚上吃不多,所以有⬇️吧。。
