10:50 was the 20-hour mark for my fast, so I went ahead and broke it with some flaxseed pancakes. They were so filling, I didn’t even want anything else until just now when I had some honeydew.

The 20:4 IF schedule with eating window from 11-3 or 10-2 is great for me, and I intend to keep it up this week.
61.1 kg Lost so far: 5.1 kg.    Still to go: 6.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
