I dropped 1.5 pound or 0.1 stone! Dropping this weight a little at a time but I am happy with that. I've hit the 170's & I haven't been there in years! I am becoming more active which I give a lot of credit to this motivating challenge. Hats off to all those involved! I have noticed that my hips don't hurt nearly as often as they did, imagine that! I have never been athletic or an overly active person and don't expect I will ever be, but I do feel that I have to make a choice now of how I want to spend the rest of my life: as healthy as I can be or over weight, can't move, hurting and who knows what other ailments! I hope everyone has a great week 4!
