On target so far. 5 pounds lost in 5 days. Ate mostly vegetables Wednesday and actually gained a pound but lost it and one more yesterday. I know, slow and steady wins the race. 😃🤔
165.6 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 63.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.6 kg a Week
