officially 30 days on keto. I've lost a total of 8 pounds. I've been hitting the gym last 2 weeks n this week 3 times a week. Trying to up it to 5 days a week. and put in more effort. I'm very happy with results so far.
76.7 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 17.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
