Strengths yesterday:
-I cut my eating window short when I realized I had filled up on junk... normally the mistake of eating junk would lead to a binge
-did some exercise

Weaknesses yesterday:
-couldn’t resist the baked goods the kids wanted to make
61.1 kg Lost so far: 5.1 kg.    Still to go: 6.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
