Strengths yesterday:
-saved up calories for a birthday dinner with my friend, so I didn’t go over budget
-passed on dessert

Weaknesses yesterday:
-high carbs
-no exercise
60.7 kg Lost so far: 5.5 kg.    Still to go: 6.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
