Good drop Keilin. I started OMAD and feeling good about it. Fourth day of OMAD. But finding it difficult to keep the feeding window short. Beverages (coffee, tea) at least 3 to 4 times a day. So the gap between two consumptions(meal or beverage) is not too big. First tea at 8:30 am, Meal at 12:30 pm, coffee at 3pm, tea at 5pm and Last coffee at 7pm. So fasting is only 13 to 14 hours. 😥 I feel whole day fast is quite easier than this😜But I will keep continuing and reduce the window slowly.

Thank you reader1 I know it is hard to eat too much in 4 hours window, Have you tried the IF soft dry fasting yet?

Not yet. Only IF (17:7 or 18:6) but with beverages all day long. That's my type of fasting 😊 so flexible lol. Yet to try IF SDF combo. Heard about it but never given a try as coffee/tea are like must-haves for me. (3 cups minimum)
