Strengths today:
-no unplanned snacking
-husband spontaneously ordered Pizza Hut for dinner... I added some wings to the order, and ate those and only one slice of pizza. Still not great nutrition, but I at least kept carbs down more than I normally would on a pizza night

Weaknesses today:
-no exercise
-no plan for dinner

I think I’m going to fast (coffee and water only) until dinner tomorrow. We’ll see. I need to start planning dinners better too so we don’t end up eating junk.
61.5 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 7.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
