I’m trying to start tracking again. I’ve been eating whatever I wanted for too long, and it needs to stop. My weight is not bad but not what I want it to be either, because I know I can do better.
61.8 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
