Desperate to lose weight
83 kg Lost so far: 1 kg.    Still to go: 18 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Don't worry.. u will do it.. just chill.. enzoy your meal and do atleast 1hr walk in morning and 30 min fast walk after dinner.. u will surely do it.. i know how it feel when we are 84.. srsly believe me i have start my journey from 84.. if i am at 73 now thn u can also do it.. and don't forget to add oats into ur lifestyle.. it will really help u alot.... whenever u feel that u r out of the track just comment on my post 😊 I will motivate u..😊😊

It takes 4 months to change my lifestyle completely.. that time i want to be punctual to my diet.. i have never exceed 1200 calories.. I always checked it.. bt now it becomes my habit and my apetite become small.. firstly i used quaker oats.. bt now i am also shifted to kellogges special😂

I work on my diet first and then concentrate on exercises when i was comfortable with my diet😊

Himakahi.agarwal.. dear pehle mujhe bhi cravings thi bt u wouldn't believe k mera bhai mere samne baith kr khata hai bt still mujhe cravings nhi hoti...actually maine apni weight loss journey shuru krne se pehle 2 din continues sirf junk food khayea jitna me kha skti thi utna.. bilkul mann bhar kr khayea.. coz jb bhi aap koi bhi cheez jyada khate ho to vo apke mann se utar jati hai or aap bore ho jate ho... uske baad mene evening tym bahar jana bnd kr diya.. coz jyadatar hmme shaam ko hi cravings hoti hai.. apne friends ke sath outing bnd kr di.. agar friends ke sath jana hai toh ghar pr pehle full plate veggies kha kr chlo

Veggies khane k baad aap ko bhukh nhi lagegi.. agar phir bhi cravings ho to mirror k samne khadde ho jao.. or socho k mene kitna lose kiya hai abhi tk and age kitna krna hai.. it really works.. agar ghar pr ho and apko cravings ho rhi hai kuch chatpta khane ki to usi vakt pehle pani piyo .. agar pani se theek na huyi toh fir aap ek brown bread le kr usme cucumber onion and cheese and full on black pepper daal kr khao.. pura tikha hona chahiyae.. apki cravings khtm ho jayegi.. gurrented.. black pepper se apke mouth me jalan hogi.. or usse apka brain cravings se hatt jayega

Nxt jo mera tip hai jo me ajsar krti hu.. voh hai jb aap khali baithe ho or apko ese hi kuch khane ka mann krta hai.. bt aap hungry nhi hote us wakt ek green elaichi (cardamom) ko apne mouth me daal lo..or use chabbao .. sb cravings khtm ho jayegi.. hope it helps u too😊

Thnku shobha,.. never fix a day to cheat..if u fix it then u will always think about that day..and at that day u have no controls on urself.. so fix a weight instead of fixing a day..like for me I fix that when I reach 70 then i will treat myself with ice cream and when i reach 65 I will treat myself with chocolate pizza..and when I reach 60 I will eat chocolate whole day... like this..so that u can get rid from cheat meals😂😊😊

Sorry himakshi.. I think hrek ki diet different hoti hai and choice bhi.. or rhi baat meri me har rojh different diet leti hu.. apne mood k according..😊😊
