Yesterday I ate exactly what I wanted. My calorie intake was a little over 2000. For over a month I have had a calorie deficit. This morning I woke up with no regrets. I used the restroom and stepped on the scale and one pound down.

Congratulations! What has helped me, when looking at my numbers, was to also examine 3, 5, and 7 days totals (against weight loss). This allowed me to factor in the 'water weight' issue.

According to my BMI I am also 'overweight'. Today is an easting day for me, so perhaps I will have some 🍉 and 🍑 :)
