The scale isn't budging but not without any effort. I have been working out regularly and trying to eat healthy. I'll keep plugging away just need to keep away from those late night snacks...hehe
85.3 kg Lost so far: 23.1 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
