gonna try tracking again, new job is physical thats why i lost almost 20lbs at first then eating crappy food whatever and whenever. so figure get food on track and go from there
96.2 kg Lost so far: 29.0 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
