Hi! It happened to me until I became a health coach . I wanted to understand why it was so easy to sabotage my work ... the truth is , you have to work on those habits that make you eat emotionally. Create a vision and have your Why. After that work on creating your identity , who you want to be in the long term (doesn’t mean to change your personality! It means to get rid of habits that don’t serve your vision anymore and create ones that move you closer to that energy vision . ). Have a plan, don’t under eat neither binge on food. Food is fuel not pleasure ! I hope this helps . Consistency + commitment = identity
