nice walk with daughter and dog this morning. DD is losing nicely - proud of her! me on the other hand- can't seem to make connection this time...

96.9 kg Lost so far: 9.3 kg. Still to go: 31.1 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Gaining 1.3 kg a Week
