Now that I'm home it's easier to be in the groove about my eating. It's not good but I've not been hungry or eating to eat. Now that's a huge change...not sure what it has to do with. I know that last week I was hungry for no reason and now I'm not. I'm tired from traveling and emotionally am trying to make decisions about my future...moving, my daughter's school...Life is what happens when you're busy making other plans!
93.4 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 25.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
