I hate being stuck but it is part of the process. I used intermittent fasting to get past the plateau. Stay the course; you are doing fine!

I have been told to either fast or do a carb day to get past the plateau.

Plateaus are never fun, however they do occur with some frequency as your body learns to make adjustments. To break them either increase eating slightly for 2 weeks, or increase/decrease exercise for a brief period. Once the body tries to readjust, shock it again, by going back to what you were doing.... This may help to naturally break the plateau. I know it may sound counter intuitive, but it has been shown to work. I wish you well, and keep us informed of your journey to health ! ;D
