Ok so my post show food consumption was pretty high lol 10000 kcals in 2 days 😅 and that gave me 6kgs extra kgs on my stage weight which was 95kg 3 days ago but I don’t mind the goal is to reach 110 by the end of this year ‼️🤘🏻
