kinda frustrated over this whole experience - haven't seen a reduction in weight for a while - some days its up 5lbs some days its the same weight. However i have not been following the diet to the letter so I thing some of these hang up are my fault. I feel like giving up and eating a big bag of chips lol - but that wont cure anything and i do not crave chips - i would rather eat broccoli or bok choy as lame as that sounds lol. I do feel my clothes fitting better, I may be losing inches instead of pounds, I also feel i have more energy and do not feel as lethargic as i use to. but i guess 19lbs in 2 moths is something that is good. I will keep on i guess.
