So just got back from vacation. I kept to my diet...mostly. I lost .4 of a pound. Not a lot but not a gain so yes happy, so flying home tomorrow. I decide to keep moving forward. I have signed up for my first half marathon. Five months to train. I do plan to walk/run it. I hope to just finish it. Well I am of to bed.
