I started drinking a lot of water, green tea, cutting down on my portions and walking for 45 mins for 2 days now. Today, I started doing Zumba for 30 mins just to sweat and get my heart pumping. I know it will take time for my body to adjust and recognize that I want to lose weight. I guess 1 lb is not a big deal? 😂.. I don’t wanna stress myself just because I gained a lb and all I want is to lose weight.. Anyway, no matter what happens, I will keep going and moving forward to a healthy me!
