I still can't excerise per the physical therapist. Hopefully by next week she can give me some insite to light activites that my knee will be able to handle. I have only lost 2 lbs in 2 weeks but its better than nothing. Money has been tight and with that comes stress but its always in the front of my head that i am still doing good and im still making smart choices :-) and sometimes im still making bad choices....but its all good. Im pretty optimistic about everything still. as long as i continue to keep going forward than nothing will take me back!! good luck to me and good luck to you! I have also almost quit smoking. Im at about 5-7 a day...4 days ago i was a pack or more a day...BIG improvement....

Have you ever tried yoga? I don't know what your medical history is, but a competent yoga instructor should be able to give you an idea of what postures are safe for you to do. (If you do seek it out, don't go to some gym..you're likely not to find any true yogis there) Good luck!
