I have done horribly during the last few weeks, probably the last month, with eating healthy and exercising. I have used working 12 hour days as an excuse not to exercise, although even when I'm off work I can barely muster up 20 to 30 mins of exercise. I went from exercising at least 40 to 60 mins 5 days a week, to barely 30 mins 2 to 3 times a week if that. I have been eating fast food at least 2 times a week and too many snacks and sweets. I know I need to do better but an finding it hard to get back on track. I am attempting to try once again to get back on track cause I know I can do it, if I did it before, I can do it again and stick with it this time. I'm starting with today and if I mess up, I'll just dust myself off and try again because I know I am worth it.
