Haven't ate red meat In over a week. Still doing a homemade fruit smoothie in the morning and either 1 protein drink in the afternoon and a light meal or the other way around. Either way I am eating way mor sensibly than I have in a long time.
186.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 83.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.1 kg a Week
