Had to add in 1 solid meal a day. I am making it worth it though and only eating a quality meal. No red meat or gluten.
186.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 84.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.4 kg a Week
