Fuck fuck fuck I can’t eat nothing with out gaining weight 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😖😖😖😖😖😖🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😫😫😫😫😫

What kind of plan are you following? Diet? Exercise? Maybe it needs some tweaking. Low carb high protein and cardio help me a lot

Hang in there. You can turn it around. Are you recording all intake? I find that knowledge helps me make changes and adjustments. Keep working at it. Don't surrender. You will find your way forward.

I thought this was my conversation between me and my daughter for a minute there, lol. It's something you're missing that's slowing you down, we have all experienced it and everyone is different. start removing something from your diet, or adding something until you figure it out. our bodies really are complex and different depending on what we've done to them along the way. be persistent, you'll feel so great about figuring it out. right there with ya.

Lol, I know EXACTLY how you feel. I've been toying a couple of lbs for a couple of weeks now. I've been doubling up on my bullet proof coffee to increase my fats. At least I haven't gained in a couple of days. Hang in there. Just try something different to shake up your metabolism.
