Vacation, vacation, vacation! We went away for 5 days and every meal except breakfast was eaten out in restaurants. I accepted before we left that I would gain and surrendered to the knowledgethat I'd return to my points upon my return. Gain? Oh yes! 6 pounds....about a pound day. Usually this would be my trigger, "Why not eat all that buttered popcorn? I've gained already". Wthistime I was mentally prepared. I did accept my weight gain (knowing about half the the pounds were added chemicals and sodium in the restaurant food) and was eager to get back to my regular routine. I still have a pound and a half to go....not bad...In mid-August we'll be visiting our daughter and her family but luckily she lives on my plan!!
