Life has been a little crazy lately.
Let me start by saying i’ve lost almost 18pounds in 5months which is way more time I expected it to take. I hit a plateau in beginning april, so this week i decided to up my cals to 2000 cals a day. Starting sunday, im going back down to 1600 cals to lose 4 pounds (maybe 8) but to mainly get toned and see definition in my stomac
