New trainer, Jessie has different approach. Less weight more reps and perfect form coupled with stretching and I'm seeing results without being so exhausted as working out with Kristin left me.
96.6 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 28.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
