Hi Tom, I am still stuck in the mid to low 230s and can't seem to drop that last 7 or 8 pounds. I am not really concerned, just aggravated. I notice you have a regular weightlifting program similar to mine. Feels good post 60 to still bang around some heavy iron.

Yeah, the split has done well. Tried full body last year and my body couldn't recover. Still suffering the consequences, but slowly returning. You certainly seem to be doing well with your program.
