estou triste pq engordei.

Não fica triste não oscilação de peso faz parte da vida... engorda hoje emagrece amanhã é assim vai... não desista do seu foco... fazer dieta é difícil mas vale a pena se estiver feliz e com saúde!!! Força!!!!
