Hi well I’ve lost just over one stone in 10 weeks with the help of this great app and inspiration from others. I haven’t posted before but thought I’d share this great recipe book for tasty lower calorie food. Tom Kerridge “ Lose Weight for Good “ has such great food, my hubbie has no idea he’s eating “diet” food. It’s worked for me. Still hoping for another 5 lbs off before my hols in 4 weeks!
