I'm back! It has been a while since I last logged any food.. partially because I was on vacation last week but also partially because I was getting burned out / bummed out before that and needed a break.
After a deliciously off-diet vacation in New Orleans (gumbo, jambalaya, seafood platters, po'boys, muffaletta, beignets, etc etc, and lots and lots of drinking.. oh man I'm drooling just thinking about it!), it's time to get back on the wagon.
I gained a few pounds while I was there, which wasn't surprising given the amount of alcohol, sugary, fatty foods I consumed while I was there. Even still, it was 100% worth it and I wouldn't change any of it :)
