On the plus side I did go to Pilates twice on the minus I didn't do much walking and ate poorly. I can't wait until it stops getting dark at five o'clock I have such a hard time motivating myself in the evening when it is cold and dark out. I need to get my tush off the couch and out the door. We are coming out of deep chill so back to walking this week!

Yeah! I really enjoyed my new Pilates class. The instuctor is in her fifties fit but not skinny and the class has a good mix of ages sizes etc. It's alot of ab work though and I'm thinkin' I'm going to be sore.

I'm starting a Pilates based class on Monday that meets twice a week.It is offered by our park district so it's really affordable. I haven't taken a group class for years so I'm a little nervous hope the room isn't full of toned twenty-somethings. That can be really intimidating for this very untoned forty-something. I'm off to buy some fun new work out pants to give myself a little boost. Peace everybody.
