Dah hampir seminggu pola makan nya kacau lg, sibuk bgt makan seadanya (apapun yang di masakin ibu kantin)
akhir nya naik dikit he he
ternyata kunci sukses diet itu bukan apa yg di makan, bukan metode apa yg di pake, tapi konsisten itu yg menentukan hasil....berat hehe

Tolong share donk cara atasin susah bab? sy bingung deh, udah makan banyak sayur n buah kok tetep aj, padahal perut rasanya full bgt, masak harus pake pencahar terus, kan gk sehat :-(
