I'm finally listening to all my buddies advice. I've been recording my food (a lot healthier food than I had been eating) and exercising. I feel good. I still have a long road ahead, but just these few days have shown me its not impossible.
I've had fun hiking with the kids too. There's one hike in particular I've been wanting to try, but idk if I'm ready for it. Koko head (Oahu, Hi.). My sister has hiked it, and I know a lot of ppl do. I think I'll give it a go in a couple weeks.

Feeling good :) walked 3 1/2 miles yesterday and today in a little over an hour. My goal is 4 miles in an hour. Last time I was walking like this it took me a couple months to get 4 miles in an hour.

My father in law is diabetic, and was in the hospital last week. He's very heavy, and doesn't really take care of himself like he should.
It kind of scared me. I think I'm going down that same road. I'm not diabetic, but how much longer can my body handle this weight?
I haven't recorded my food, but I can tell you I ate fast food for the first time in weeks. I ate a lot of candy, chips, and drank a lot of coke. I feel so gross because of it. I don't feel sorry for myself at all I'm just putting it out here how awful I've been lately with my diet.
